We have used modified Fang-Howard wave function due to the physical insight it offers and relatively transparent analytical results. Slightly better quantitative results may be found analytically using the wave function of Ref., yet the results cannot be expressed in closed form and the generalization to allow penetration into the insulator is not obvious.
