    • In the MD simulations presented in Sec., we have found that, for the energy deposition conditions found in implantation cascades, disordered atoms are not further than the second neighbor distance with respect to the border of the sphere of the initial moving atoms. This limit can be taken as the influence distance of multiple-interactions for damage generation at this energy regime.
