    • This elegant study uses a T cell-specific knockout of IL-10 to show that IL-10 from T cells is primarily required to control chronic inflammation, whereas IL-10 from other sources (suspected to be macrophages and dendritic cells) is required to dampen the inflammatory response in acute inflammation.
