    • Murakoshi and co-workors39a reported the relational expression, Φs, 1.2 × 10-2ωRBM, 2.85 (V vs NHE, where Φs is the work function of isolated s-SWNTs and CDRBM is the Raman shift in the RBM region of s-SWNTs. Using an equation, d, 248/ωRBM,39b where d represents the diameter of SWNTs, Φs can be determined. We added 0.2 V to the value of Φs obtained by the Murakoshi equation, according to the theoretical study by Zhao et al.,39c since the electrophoretically deposited SWNTs form bundle structures.
