    • A comprehensive analysis of an MHCII restricted Th cell response over the primary and memory responses in lymph nodes. These studies demonstrate the requirement for co-stimulation at the original priming for development of effective memory responses.

    • Unexpected prolonged presentation of influenza antigens promotes CD4 T cell memory generation
    • The first demonstration for persistent depots of pMHCII in draining lymphoid tissue even after the local clearance of pathogen. These adoptive transfer studies unequivocally demonstrate the capacity of these depots to induce extensive clonal expansion of naïve Th cells. The role of these depots in the maintenance and correct placement of memory Th cell is discussed.
