    • Evidence for a bias toward intracellular antigens in the local humoral anti-tumor immune response of a colorectal cancer patient revealed by phage display
    • An analysis of antibody specificities obtained by selecting either immune or non-immune phage libraries indicates that in vivo tolerance mechanisms had biased the specificities in the immune library towards intracellular targets. No cell surface reactive antibodies could be isolated, in contrast to the non-immune library.
