Crystal structure of the RuvA-RuvB complex: A structural basis for the Holliday junction migrating motor machinery
-
This paper reports two crystal structures of RuvB, complexed with either isolated RuvA domain III or the full-length RuvA, both of which provide a clear atomic view of the RuvA-RuvB interface. In combination with EM analysis, the authors also constructed a RuvA-RuvB-HJ model, which facilitated an intriguing discussion about the branch migration mechanism.

Large T antigen on the simian virus 40 origin of replication: A 3D snapshot prior to DNA replication
-
This paper reports cryo-EM and 3D reconstruction analyses for full-length SV40 LTag complexed with DNA. It is suggested that the images might represent a gallery of 3D snapshots at initiation of DNA replication.
