    • Anti-IL-23 therapy inhibits multiple inflammatory pathways and ameliorates autoimmune encephalomyelitis
    • This is the first article to demonstrate that neutralization of IL-23 in vivo, using an anti-p19 antibody rather than gene targeting, shows therapeutic efficacy in an EAE model by measuring a reduction in both the clinical score and pro-inflammatory cytokine and chemokine expression in the spinal cord.
