    • To avoid the intermolecular aggregation effect of Zn which may reduce the fluorescence quantum yields, the spectroscopic experiments including steady state fluorescence, fluorescence decay, and fluorescence excitation anisotropy measurements were conducted in very dilute solutions (OD ∼ 0.1 in a 1 cm path length cell at an absorption maximum wavelength of 417 nm (Figure 2a)).
