    • The substrate concentration for the original assay conditions was 1 mM ATP with an enzyme concentration of 1.6 μM, and the incubation time was 3 h at 37°C. Subsequently, the conditions were further optimised to the following: ATP concentration of 400 μM, enzyme concentration of 0.4 μM, and the plates were incubated at 37°C overnight.
