    • In contrast to the results of aliphatic amines, no hydroamidation occurs, and only trace amounts of olefin isomerization were detected under standard conditions. This indicates that the effective interaction between Rh complexes and N-H bonds in aliphatic amines selectively produces Rh-H species and promotes the aminolization step during the catalytic procedure.
