    • The deprotection of Compound 1 thioacetate was conducted using 1.1 equivalent of pyrrolidine in a 1,4-dioxane solution of the BP molecules. The proceeding of the reaction was confirmed in 1,4-dioxane-d8 by the complete disappearance of the methyl proton signal of the S-protecting acetyl group at 2.4 ppm in the 1H NMR spectra
