    • When using spectroscopic ellipsometry we used a Cauchy model to fit the monolayer thickness. The following parameters were fixed in the model An, 1.5, Bn and Cn, 0. We assume that these optical constants do not change with variations in thickness values between the two different OTS-18 treatments
