    • SRIM2008 was used in the simulations. Displacement energy of 52 eV and a lattice binding energy of 6eV were used as inputs to the simulations. The expected vacancy concentration was obtained by multiplying the vacancy/ion/nm extracted from SRIM.2008 by the dose used for that particular energy.
