Discriminative stimulus properties of amphetamine and structurally-related phenalkylamines
-
*[Carbamate SY-54 was synthesized by two independent literature methods: (i) Goetz N, Zeeh B. Eine einfache Synthese des 1,2,4-Oxadiazol-systems durch N-O-verknupfung. Synthesis 1976:268-270; as a free base (m.p., 128°C-129°C after recrystallization from ethanol) and (ii) Khasanov S. N-Carbomethoxy-N′-arylguanidines. Regulatory Rosta Rast i Gerbitsidt 1978:140-141; as a hydrochloride salt (m.p., 159°C-160°C after recrystallization from ethanol/water). The assigned structures were consistent with proton NMR data, and the free base and salt, both analyzed (Atlantic Microlab, Norcross, GA, USA) to within 0.4% of theory for C, H, and N.]
