    • The electrical pulse generator used in these measurements has a finite minimum output power, and as a result the I-V traces could not be measured all the way down to zero voltage. The differential resistance near V=0 was estimated with an ohmmeter (supplying a small current of 1 mA) and found to be larger than 500 at 20 K.
