    • The calculations with a cut-off energy of 36 Ry and 16 k points sampling have been performed to check the total-energy convergence. The adsorption and the desorption energies of Ga and N atoms in the ideal surface are found to be converged within 0.01 eV and 0.03 eV, respectively, which are much lower than the energy differences discussed in the present study
