    • A similar argument of resonantly increased SPP excitation in the gratinglike periodic surface structures was given by Huang (Ref.) and supported by a rigorous coupled wave analysis (RCWA) of the zeroth-order (specular) reflection efficiency of a laser-induced grating structure in ZnO surfaces and by Martsinovsky (Ref.) for IR fs-laser excited silicon
