    • 627 nm, in whole cell lysate was determined by fluorescent spectrometer (the detail of the preparation are shown in the Supplementary data). The value (R = 0.84 ± 0.01) was calibrated by standard curve (Fig. S-3) and calculated pH was determined (pH = 7.51 ± 0.01). It was in good agreement with the observed pH value (pH = 7.5 ± 0.1).
