Invest Ophthalmol Vis Sci 2006; 47:5337-5347. This study defines a new corneal measurement from the ORA called the corneal constant factor. This factor explains more of the interindividual variation in Goldmann intraocular pressure than does corneal thickness alone. ORA pressure measurements normalized for this new factor are not associated with corneal thickness.
