    • Dr. Angela Paladino is senior lecturer in the Department of Management and Marketing at the University of Melbourne, Australia. She received a Chancellor's Medal for Excellence in a Ph.D. dissertation from the University of Melbourne and recognition for teaching excellence at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels at the university. Her research has appeared in numerous academic journals, conference proceedings, and books, including those published by the American Marketing Association, the Academy of Marketing Science, the Strategic Management Society, as well as in Management International Review, Business Horizons, Management Decision, and Journal of Customer Behaviour.
