    • Noncytopathic clearance of lymphocytic choriomeningitis virus from the hepatocyte
    • Here the authors demonstrate that LCMV replicating within hepatocytes is susceptible to noncytopathic antiviral control. This work suggests that noncytopathic mechanisms may be more active in parenchymal cells in order to preserve the functional integrity of vital organs such as the liver.
