    • Based on the R-factor variance (Ref. 21), the error bar for determining a domain percentage is approx 15%. From this point of view the presence of S3 termination cannot be determined conclusively. Similarily, the geometry parameters obtained for this domain type must be considered to be uncertain and are therefore not included in Table I or in further discussion.
