    • The required amount of reducing reagent decreased with an increase in the reducing activity (TCEP > DTT > 2-mercaptoethanol) Considering practical applications, no annealing procedure was employed here. The smaller amount of the target DNA, released from the beads in the washing process in both lanes 2 and 5 of Fig. 5b, is probably ascribed to the DNA which is weakly bound by the beads due to incomplete hybridization
