    • In the simulation, it can be observed how some of the anchored polyamines, such as those that are placed close to the pore outlets, are relaxed into the pore voids since hydrogen bonds with the oxygen atoms from the silica walls are formed. We believe this circumstance is favored due to the absence, in our theoretical models, of the [Ru(bipy)3]2+ guest in the pores but would be less important in the real experiments
