She received her PhD degree in finance from National Taiwan University. Her research interests are in areas of corporate governance and executive compensation. Shing-yang Hu is a Professor of Finance at National Taiwan University in Taiwan. His research interest includes corporate governance, corporate finance, and microstructure.
