Optical constants of photo-excited FS were calculated taking its dielectric function in the general form ε(ωlas, Ne, 1+[εd(ωlas, 1](1- Ne/Nat, ωpl(N e)2/[ωlas2, iωlas(Ne)/τp] for ωd(ωlas) ≈ n0(ω las)2 for the plasma frequency ω pl(Ne).4 The optical e-h pair mass me ≈ 0.3m0 in FS is taken equal to the free electron mass m0, at high Ne, the damping time τ p ≈ 0.4 fs (low-intensity limit; should be lower I > 10 TW/cm2) and the atomic density Nat ≈ 2×1022 cm-3 see 17
