    • MTT assay: MTT(3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide) was added into the HT-22 cell. Cell viability was estimated by measuring the absorbance of MTT formazan at 570 nm with a microplate reader. All compounds were tested as the HCl salt form. Compound II-3 was tested in the state of a free-form and a HCl-salt form as an example.
