Production of human monoclonal antibody in eggs of chimeric chickens
-
The expression of human monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) in chicken eggs is reported. This report shows that mAbs produced in chicken eggs display similar antigen binding and antigen-mediated internalization, enhanced ADCC, but increased clearance compared with the CHO-produced mAbs.

Use of combinatorial genetic libraries to humanize N-linked glycosylation in the yeast Pichia pastoris
-
The production of a glycoprotein with human hybrid N-glycosylation in yeast is described. Also described is a high-throughput screening method for the selection of yeast clones with uniform hybrid N-glycosylation.
