    • Staphylococcus aureus strain MRSA-15 (common pathogenic strain in UK hospitals) were used for inhibition of proliferation phenotypic experiments. Compounds modulated growth over a range of concentrations: 100 μM concentration (29%), 50 μM (6%), 25 μM (4%), 10 μM (2%). The most active compounds were found to have Minimal Inhibitory Concentrations (MIC) of 3.56 and 6.05 μg/ml
