55. The use of a sealed tube provided an increase of 10-15% in the yield of alkylation process, thus 2-alkylpyridazin-3-ones 3 were obtained in satisfactory yields (72-89%), the structure of compounds 3 was confirmed by comparison with authentic samples as well as by spectroscopic methods.
