    • We have carried out the 'click' reaction of glycosyl azides using both acetyl protected sugars, as well as those with free hydroxyl groups.     • Compounds 5 and 6 were also screened for activity against the β-galactosidase from Asperigillus oryzae and the α-galactosidase from green coffee beans. In neither case was any appreciable inhibition observed at a glycosyl triazole concentration of 240 μM.
