Analogue 78 was administered iv @ 1, 3, and 5 h post-occlusion to male Fischer 344 rats. Vehicle used was 5% Tween 80. Infarct volume was measured at 24 h using T2-weighted MRI. Reduction in infarct size was statistically significant, p<0.05.
