    • Transcriptional mechanisms underlying lymphocyte tolerance
    • This paper shows the transcriptional profile of anergic T cells and postulates that NFATc2, in the absence of AP-1, is sufficient and required for the induction of anergy. The data are consistent with older data that showed that blocking calcineurin activity prevented the ability of T cells to be anergized and that ionomycin treatment could induce anergy.
