    • This paper provided evidence that loss of hSNF5 contributes to tumorigenesis. By introducing hSNF5 into multiple deficient cell lines, re-expression of hSNF5 inhibited colony formation and induced cell-cycle arrest concurrent with activation of the retinoblastoma protein.

    • Concomitant down-regulation of BRM and BRG1 in human tumor cell lines: Differential effects on RB-mediated growth arrest vs CD44 expression
    • The authors observed concomitant down-regulation of BRG1 and BRM in human tumor cell lines and showed that re-expression of BRM can restore retinoblastoma protein mediated cell-cycle arrest. The findings suggest some functional redundancy of BRG1 and BRM.
