This longitudinal study aimed to identify potential determinants of quality of life in a large sample of adolescents with congenital heart disease, focusing on parental support, peer support, and sense of coherence. This study greatly contributed to our knowledge on temporal sequences and developmental pathways between individual and contextual determinants of quality of life in this patient population.
