A single crystal of the C-3 amidation product (2f) was obtained from slow evaporation of the solvent from a solution of 2f in a mixture of dichloromethane and hexane (1:1) at 0-4 °C. All of the hydrogens were omitted for the sake of clarity. CCDC 958744 contains the supplementary crystallographic data for this paper.
