Effects on blood pressure of reduced dietary sodium and the dietary approaches to stop hypertension (dash) diet. Dash-sodium collaborative research group

This is a multi-center, randomized, controlled feeding study shows that the DASH diet plus sodium reduction reduces blood pressure greater than either intervention alone. This is the only study to make this comparison
