    • The purpose we use ellipsometric measurements is optimize conditions of capture of ricin, we determined the ellipsometric thickness of directly printed ricin and affinity microcontact printed ricin was 7.1 ± 0.2 and 9.6 ± 0.2 nm, respectively. These results suggest that using affinity microcontact printing, there will be more ricin captured on the surface
