    • Radioligand binding assays were performed with membranes prepared from HEK293 cells expressing human CRTH2 or DP-1. All compounds were dissolved in DMSO and assays run at a final DMSO concentration of 1% (v/v). [3H]-labeled PGD2 was purchased from PerkinElmer and used at a final concentration of 1 nM for CRTH2 or 2 nM for DP-1.
