We also demonstrated the experiment of enzymatic activity with PEGOH (see Figure S4 in the Supporting Information). This result indicated that PEG had almost no effect on the complex formation of PEAMAg-PEG with lysozyme and additional Michaels reaction did not occur between PEG-MA and lysozyme.
