    • H-Ras (1-166) bound to compound 1 was purified and subjected to crystallization trials. Many commercially available sparse matrix conditions were tried to identify crystallizing conditions, but currently have not resulted in hit. Preformed H-Ras crystals were soaked in crystallizing mother liquor containing excess dissolved compound 1 and were found to dissolve and not reappear even after prolonged storage.
