    • Single-crystal X-ray diffraction data on multiple single crystals confirmed the Ga/In ratio to be 7:6. This ratio is also apparent in the bulk thin-film Ga/In ratio. Preliminary elemental analysis and electron-probe microanalysis (EPMA) data also suggest a similar ratio in the bulk solid isolated from the reaction mixture.
