    • Modeling protein conformational ensembles: from missing loops to equilibrium fluctuations
    • A multi-scaling computational method is proposed to exhaustively characterize, in atomistic detail, the protein configurations constituting the native ensemble. The application to a set of proteins of various folds and sizes shows that structural ensembles obtained with this procedure can faithfully reproduce observables measured as averages over a broad range of timescales.
