Bacterial display using circularly permuted outer membrane protein OmpX yields high affinity peptide ligands
-
A biterminal bacterial display scaffold was generated by circular permutation of outer membrane protein X to result in both C-terminal and N-terminal exposed on the cell surface. Using this scaffold for N-terminal display and the parental OmpX for insertion display, equivalent libraries were screened against streptavidin for comparison.
