    • We performed simple calculation with molecular lattice, where the lattice constant of biotin SAMs is assumed to be 5 A with stretched chains on gold nanoparticles with 24 nm in diameter. The number of biotin molecules on each particle was controlled by limited addition of biotinyl thiols into the reaction solution.
