    • A 6% decrease in absorption would result in a ∼12% decrease in the resonance Raman cross sections (RCS roughly scale as the square of extinction coefficient). In the case of Trp-cage the AmI1′ band intensity decreases by ∼33% between 4 and 70 °C.
