    • The p75 receptor acts as a displacement factor that releases Rho from Rho-GDI
    • In this study, the authors describe the identification of Rho-GDI as a missing link between p75 and RhoA. Myelin components, but not NGF, induced an interaction between p75 and Rho-GDI, which in turn dissociates Rho-GDI from Rho-GDP, allowing Rho-GDP to be activated by a yet unidentified GEF. In addition, a peptide that can inhibit the interaction between Rho-GDI and p75 is able to neutralize the myelin inhibition
