    • Also the dependence on temperature of the band gap, as determined from PR measurements, closely reproduces that reported in the same samples on the basis of PL measurements. Hydrogen irradiation of a N free sample does not affect, instead, the temperature dependence of the band gap

    • The band-to-band contribution to the main (1HH-1E) transition is sizable (90 K) or dominant (RT) in sample ANH; it is null within the experimental uncertainty, instead, in all other samples (except in sample AH). Consequently, we assume a band-to-band character in sample ANH and an excitonic character in all other samples for the weak and noisy 1LH-1E and 2HH-2E transitions
