37. A/B receptor antagonist, bosentan, in patients with severe heart failure. The pattern of mixed reduction of pre- and after-load, without change in heart rate, is very favourable. There was no healthy control group with which to compare the haemodynamic effects, however, and the patients were studied after withdrawal from angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors.
